I came for a blood test . It was all fine and my blood pressure was checked at the same time. The HCA was very pleasant and efficient.

I’ve had to have 3 appointments this week- 2 consults and a blood test. Every person I saw was polite and attentive, and I didn’t feel rushed or as if I was wasting their time. The phones are an absolute nuisance as it just seems to take forever to get through, especially first thing in the morning. Luckily my daughter was able to pop down for me as I was house bound at the time. How does this work for older members of the community I wonder??? Otherwise a great service- thank you all so much x

Overall a very good team but the system used to get to be seen by a doctor is not good enough.

I think it looks like doctors and nurses are not utilising their time fully
