Lovely receptionist I spoke to and nurse taking blood pressure. Simply the hols times on the phone for the 3 star answer.

Wait times on the phone to speak to someone but everything else was great

Due to having to call on the day for an appointment. Sometimes I can’t call at that time as I am working. However the staff are very helpful when you call in by phone or in person. It’s not a reflection of any of the staff, it’s the system, but there does need to be a system so I guess there is little that could be done to improve this

The nurse who took my bloods was great. She was friendly and professional. My appointment was very smooth. I don’t know her name but if possible I’d like her to be personally thanked on my behalf.
