I made this appointment at the surgery by a very helpful receptionist. Had to wait a couple of weeks but had factored that in when I requested it.

I do tend to walk down to make an appointment rather than queue for ages on the phone but understand that their are only so many staff you can employ to answer the phone.

Nearly Impossible to get an appointment. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful.

Answer the phone quicker, open the surgery later to better accommodate patients work patterns.

It can be difficult to get through in the mornings as the influx of new patients has hit the surgery hard. However, the receptionists are always friendly, helpful and try to accommodate appointment requests. They often have to deal with less than polite patients yet always do so professionally. The medical staff are outstanding.

Make the non urgent appointment system easier to access, not all appointments are required for that day, but before 6 weeks.

Lovely surgery good friendly helpful staff. Everyone seems to work together producing a lovely atmosphere minimising the undoubted demand
