You sometimes have to wait a long time for Tel call to be answered. They do let you know what number you are in the queue

It would be good to be able to see a practicioner of your choice but accept this would be difficult when so many people only work part time

I have received nothing but superb service ever since I moved to Felpham in 2008. I’m intending to move home in 2024 and my main fear is that I am not going to find the same sort of health practices that I have here.
