This is an unfair questionnaire as it asks - to all intents and purposes - about the experience about one particular appointment - the person seen at this appointment was excellent - the overall experience of the practice is disgraceful.

I booked a blood pressure test online as a response to a text message. Was seen immediately on arrival and on spot on time. Vicky was fabulous and explained the process to me.
