You texted me a equest - and my phone is not smart. But I have had excellent contact with just about everyone since I arrived ten yers ago (well one receptioist, once, ws not in a good mood - but sometimes I'm not totally agrrable).

Oh, you could answer the telephone faster, if you had the staff to do so, and never make errors on my prescriptions - but I don't expect those to happen while they're under pressure.
