Straightforward blood test and BP by excellent nurse. I never feel a thing and always on time.

I was contacted by the surgery following a referral from the optician.

There was very little human interaction. I checked in on the screen. The nurse apologised for being late and said that she would take my blood and test my blood pressure. She told me my pressure result and that was it. At no point did anyone ask how I was, or even exchange pleasantries. As a pensioner, this may have been my only human interaction in a number of days (it wasn't, thankfully). I did not feel that I was treated as a person, just as an appointment. I have not seen a GP in years.

I was called in for a blood pressureCheck So made an appointment which I had to cancel the day before so went in the next day to make another appointment and was given one for the following day but before the end of the day, I realised I couldn’t make that time so called and was given an earlier time It was all very easy. The receptionist were incredibly helpful and the lady that took my blood pressure was very friendly and good and I was seen five minutes early.

For this particular appointment I cannot think of anything that could’ve been done better

Difficult to get an appointment and see a doctor was given 31st January but if we call around 08:30 the next day I may get an appointment. However receptionist rang me at 08:30 with an appointment to see a doctor at 11 o’clock for which I was truly grateful. I understand all the problems in the NHS and it has to be a concern if I ask to see a doctor.

In my experience every time I need to see a doctor or nurse I find I am almost always seen the same day and my treatment is very efficient. Staff extremely kind and caring.

Cannot fault the surgery. I often sing your praises to friends!
