Ever since moving to this area just over a year ago I have never had anything but excellent service from my gp surgery at Avisford Grange. I have seen several doctors, all who have been attentive to what I am telling them and always recording this information as well, which I can see on my computer as I have online services. The whole team and very friendly and efficient and helpful.

I really can't at the moment. I have no complaints at all.

I can’t fault my recent visit at the surgery. Such a helpful receptionist when I made my appointment. The GP really took her time with me and I felt listened to. I have never felt too comfortable seeing a GP but she took that anxious feeling away. I had to go to reception to make a blood test appointment and the lady was so helpful explaining what I needed to do with my poo sample ( she saw me holding the kit!) The lady who took my blood was very efficient too.

A couple of things : it did take a long time to get through on the phone even though it was late morning but I realise how busy the surgery is, having previously worked in one for 27 years! Having said that, the receptionist gave me time and was so helpful and calmed me down when I was feeling anxious! The GP often runs late - approx 25 mins last time - but once I got in I was not rushed. She is worth the wait.
