Going to the surgery is better than trying to make a appointment by phone try
to cut down on the long wait for the phone to be answered I was 28 in queue and 45 min wait and no appointment available when it was finally answered

Appt changed on dust it was due and seemed difficult to find a replacement within a week. As was only an inclisiran injection wouldn’t have thought it would have been a big deal but took 20 minutes in person to get the appt in the first place
