All staff are extremely helpful & friendly and always go the extra mile to help patients. They have to deal with so many different questions/issues and remain professional & calm under often challenging conditions (and patients!)

Annette on reception was extremely helpful and there is a much better approach from all the reception staff in their approach to requests. Please let them know that their approach is appreciated and specifically Annette.
