Sometimes have to wait a very long time for call to be answered

My wife never has a problem getting a routine appointment for me when I need it. She does go to the surgery to make the appointments though as she finds the wait when phoning a bit tiresome.
Suggested improvements
Given the staffing levels not sure you can do any better. Everybody seems to be doing their best.

Staff all very kind and helpful.
Only real issue is difficulty in getting through on telephone.
General appointments can be a long wait.

Except well organised practice

Car park is v tight and parking on road outside the surgery entrance from main road makes leaving rather hazardous
