Using the phone for an appointment is very long winded with usually a high number of callers in front of me. However when I have got through the response is usually friendly and polite.

I don’t think it can be improved as the phone appointment service is a bottleneck.

The treatment received was very good. Telephone contact with Avisford Medical Centre can be very frustrating due to systems and poor staffing, I.e. For urgent consultations told to ring at 0830 only to often be 32nd in line which regularly cuts off after around 30mins before you ever reach a person to discuss the issue with!
