It took ages to speak to a receptionist. I tried to get an on the day appointment but they had gone before I got through despite calling at 8.30. I have had to wait 4 weeks to see a GP. I have pains in my chest a a reoccurring rash, following a virus last year.

Totally unacceptable to have to wait 4 weeks to see a GP. You need to have more appointments available. The population in this area has grown enormously and we have few partners in the practice than 35 years ago. The locus who are employed are costly.

Getting an appointment was difficult, I’m guessing it’s the increase of the Hugh amount of building & hence increase of people!!!!

Appointments only issued on the day, my appointment wasn’t urgent but it wasn’t possible to make an appointment a day Ortwo later.

I am very impressed with the surgery but access to doctors is difficult as for instance I have seen Dr Bansil about my problems and he has written to the consultant some time ago suggesting my consultation be brought forward and as far as I know nothing has happened

No as far as the surgery is concerned, especially the receptionists
