Because the doctor was thorough and referred me for an urgent cancer appointment. Unfortunately the hospital have not been so forthcoming and I have to wait for a telephone consultation with a consultant.

Urgent appointments can be made the same day, the reception staff and very helpful and can book future appointments and a message is sent to remember also the app shows you upcoming appointments. The length of waiting time is sometimes a little lengthy but if urgent they will try their bedt

I am always treated very well at the surgery the receptionists are always very helpful I have mental health problems and my husband is my carer and they always help us.

I am always receive good care I don't have any thing to suggest thar could improve things they are really good

The receptionist team are always polite and sympathetic, and they try there best to accommodate requests weather that be an appointment or support with accessing nhs app. The doctor I recently saw was very kind welcoming and made it easy to open up and communicate and had empathy and listened.

I went to have my ears checked. Was taken on time and was told everything was good.
