The receptionists at Middleton are amazing but at yapton they are very rude. My care with Dr Beatie has been amazing.

It still requires a lot of hanging on the phone waiting to be connected to someone.

I have often been held in a queue for over an hour, then no appointments are available.for simple things like bloodtests its easier to call in and speak to a receptionist.
