Face to face at the surgery made it straightforward. Fortunately my appointments were not urgent. Previous experience, particularly for my wife, has proved difficult over the phone especially if urgent.

Everything was dealt with efficiently and I was fast tracked to St Richards and had a colonoscopy. Just waiting for results.
