36 people in front of me in phone queue, all appointments gone. Next day the same problem. Only got an appointment after permission was granted to book an appointment for the following day. If I hadn't got the appointment it would have delayed a possible cancer diagnosis.

Need more available appointments or an easier way to book for the following days for urgent treatment.

My expectations were completely met.

I had to wait about 20mins on the phone before I spoke to the receptionist. I expected a wait so planned thevrumemof my call so that it did not inconvenience anything else I was doing or anyone I was speaking to. Some people may find that difficult to achieve during your opening times.

Appointments the same day can be gone even when you ring at 830 If you are ok to book ahead that works well Great experience with women’s health phone call and GP pharmacist was brilliant! Receptionists so helpful

Appointment was for blood test. On my way home blood was running down my arm!

Made sure blood tea site was not bleeding. I also resent being reminded to give feedback via the NHS app as this immediately sets alarm bells ringing when you receive a message from the surgery.
