In order to get my appointment l walked to the surgery, not good if l was ill or infirm. Last time l phoned l was 1 and half hours on hold. On this occasion l just needed to see a nurse for a regular blood test, easy to book at the counter.

On this occasion, nothing. Im concerned about how difficult it would be if l needed to see a doctor. I no longer get annual checks for my asthma and lm now given cfc free inhalers that dont work.

The surgery instigated the examination, which I arranged for a convenient time. I did not have to wait, was seen by a pleasant nurse, and was out in double quick time.

I was forced to answer third question but had no contact, nor needed to, with the receptionist.

Getting through on the phone can be a very lengthy and frustrating experience. However on this occasion I got through in a few moments and booked my blood test for a convenient time.

Fix the phone for an appointment system.

Staff always help and consider myself lucky at this surgery. My doctor is brilliant and I always trust what he tells me though not liking medication as I always have bad reactions most of the time. When I need to see Dr Bansil I have to trust as he knows me so well now and problems with reactions with almost everything and that’s why I keep my appointments with him as I trust him completely

I feel my child's issue has not been resolved and I will probably need to bring her back. For the 5/6th time in a couple of months
