Very hard on telephone. Easier in the surgery but still ha e to wait along Time.

I tried to get appointment onThursday phoning at8.30. No appointments so accepted a telephone consultation at 5 pm. Of course she couldn’t help so I had to visit surgery Friday morning. I saw lady dr 11.45 & all was very good & efficient then.
