Everything was great apart from the long wait trying to book the appointment in the first place. I ended up waiting on the phone for about 45 minutes before anyone answered.

The nurse was super helpful and took care of my needs. Ease of booking was also great, especially with the new system introduced. Great idea!

With NHS in crisis, Doctors and Nurses, all surgery staff are under tremendous pressure.
Working long hours .
The government is totally unaware of the stress .. caused due to the lack of staff , in all areas .. which is unforgivable .
