I come to see a doctor once in a blue moon. When I did need to visit I phoned to make an appointment which was made for a couple of weeks time. This suited me as it wasn't urgent. The receptionists are always polite and helpful. I dropped a urine sample in as I was told to by the helpful receptionist and then she phoned later to tell me to collect a three day course of antibiotics. I feel better now...so all in all 10/10 from me!

No not really.....a pay rise to make the staff and doctors even happier!

Unfortunately, there is still a significant wait time to be put through to a receptionist

More staff, if possible. A better telephony system!

I was seen near enough on time, I was having a blood box test done for Brompton hospital. The lady taking the blood was both efficient and vert pleasant .The whole experience was excellent.

I really can't think of anything that could have improved my visit
