Although I was 32 in queue I was not kept waiting too long for a connection to a receptionist approx 10 mins. The receptionist was extremely helpful once I told of the problem and got an appointment that morning with a paramedic. All dealt with courteously and efficiently.

Telephone system still an issue of delaying time especially if the caller unable to wait due to incapabilities

The receptionist was very polite but as I already stated, the wait for assistance on the phone was way too long

Less waiting time by phone, as in after your call is answered...I also found it hard to believe that I was 'caller number 19' when I rang at 8.30 am on the dot...?

The whole staff team are , kind , helpful, professional . Always available to ask any question you may have . Never feel rushed. Thank you to all the team, for your hard work, under the stress you have to deal with .

Yes get this bloody useless government to recognise the hard work, long hours, our health care providers work . And pay them a decent living wage .
