Long wait to get through on phone.

Apart from opening more surgeris, nothing as there are too many patients to surgeries.

You can wait up to 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone. It’s easier to go there and book an apt than wait - doctors are professional and make you feel looked after.

I didnt have any communication with the receptionists as I signed in myself. Was not involved in any decision making as not needed.

Been on time as I had to time off work. I was early arriving ten minutes after booked time. Waiting room was virtually empty

I personally have found the surgery very good . I originally was put on a 2 week appointment which was asked for by my GP and everything was really fast. For straight forward appointments I don’t think it is so easy.

My personal opinion I have been looked after really well. Nothing could have been better.

My call was taken quickly by a very pleasant, helpful and friendly receptionist. I got an appointment with a nurse next day for a routine check after a reminder from NHS. I was seen promptly by a lovely nurse, which made the procedure much more pleasant than it might have been! During my call I was also able to book a separate appointment for a health check. Top marks and thank you!
