The fact that I was recommended for and booked in by your GP and receptionist, for a procedure that you don't do (ear was removal by microsuction), wasted my time your time and my grandsons time. My grandson travelled down from Dorking to escort me for the pŕoceedure which you do not have the equipment to do and neither is it done at your surgery. Other than that the nurse gave me good medical advice. Thank you for the opportunity to express my disappointment.

I suggest you employ staff who are knowledgeable about what procedures your nurses can perform. Failing this, perhaps the nurses could contact the patients directly when they find a booking for a procedure that they cannot do.

The receptionists are approachable and extremely helpful. I have been having regular blood tests and the medical staff are punctual thoughtful and very efficient. I only have praise and admiration for the organisation and care offered. Thank you

I’ve always received excellent care. Not so easy to get an appointment relative to past years. I appreciate that is due to the vastly increased local population and not a reflection on the practice.
