Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. I am very new to this practice and everyone I have met has been friendly. The updates received by text are great, recent blood test with nurse and then an appointment with physiotherapist John were perfect.

So far I have nothing but praise for this practice

I only saw the nurse for a b12 injection, and ask her advise regarding my blocked left ear. All was satisfactory.

I haven’t been registered long enough to have an opinion.

Sometimes good but often long wait for telephone queue to clear.

I only went for a Shingles jab which was fine. No receptionist involved as computer login did this job perfectly well.

Atrocious receptionist and waiting time on hold to get through. Was also cut off/phone put down as the call was finally answered and I had to redial. Receptionist quite unhelpful. I didn’t feel they wanted to help. Actual appointment with paramedic was good. Really thought they wanted to help me.

Better customer/patient care skills training for reception team. An understanding that you wouldn’t be calling unless there was a problem that needed medical care. A better, easier way of booking an appointment. Waiting time on phone much too long.
