Feeling happy today, found out best way to get an appointment is calling in, as anything on the phone challenging.

Not really, removing stitches is what it is, the nurse was very amenable and efficient.

I had to call on 3 different days as I could not get a doctors appointment on the first two calls. All calls were made at 8.30am, by the time the receptionist answered my call all doctors appointments had gone !!

Not sure as doctors had phone in sick, so there was a shortage of doctors of appointments.

Was held in a queue for nearly an hour to make appointment. I appreciate that there were staff sickness, but it’s a long time wait. Receptionist very helpful once I got through.

More staff on reception to answer phone calls .

Can't always get appointment as when you wait in phone queue by time you get through appointment all gone for the day. I think it would be better if you can't get appointment should be able to book appointment for next day , that would be Fantastic!! Please see if its possible to do this. Thank you.

Being able to book appointments for a day or 2 after getting through to receptionist if all appointments have gone for that day.
