I waited 40 minutes on the phone as was 14th in the queue. It's always the same. One morning when i needed an appointment for my husband I was 39th in the queue - you need more phone lines

The length of time to wait on the phone for an appointment But, On saying this when I go to the surgery there is no problem. Everyone is more than helpful.have another receptionist in the mornings only

A water dispenser (unless there is one there) which is not marked very well. Better signage for the bathroom.

From the nurse who took blood and blood pressure then a follow up phone call later regarding upgrading a prescription couldn’t have been any better Well done all concerned
