I was able to make an appointment with the doctor of my choice and I was prepared to wait. I was offered an earlier with another doctor, but it was my choice to wait

In my experience I don't think there is anything that could be better apart from waiting to see the doctor

Dr Beattie was very understanding, I didn’t feel rushed & I felt listened to by her. She was very reassuring and answered any questions I had. I did not take the name of her HCA but she was also lovely & very easy to talk to.

I had to wait along time from booking the appointment to attending the appointment so if more gynae appointments were available that would be an improvement.

Telephone contact can be difficult but this appointment was made online

In this case there was no problem

Nothing without more money from the government to increase the staff and resources

My wife usually walks down to the surgery to book an appointment, she says the receptionists are always very helpful and friendly. On this occasion the text link allowed her to book it on line which was very straightforward.

All good on this ocassion.
