It is very difficult to contact the surgery for an appointment, as they all appear to have gone by 8.30am

I have trouble ordering my repeat medication as it keeps disappearing of my record. It must be removed by the practice. It is heart medication which I am told I must not stop taking?

Can be a long wait

Establish peak times and provide staffing. One should be able to see a doctor every year for a check up The blood tests show out of range but considered no action.

First visit to this surgery as requested for blood pressure. It was a very pleasant experience.

I do not access the surgery very often to request an appointment but when I have the queue time and wait on the phone is very long and I have been waiting for 25 minutes on one occassion then to be advised there were no appointments available and I should have telephoned earlier.

More timely answering of the phone however, I am fully aware of the pressures and constraints on the NHS and GP availability.
