I’ve had a much better experience with Avisford medical than my last doctors surgery. The surgery’s looked clean at first glance and I waited a couple of weeks for my first app, but was amazed at how quickly the results came through.

When phoning for an appointment reducing the time it takes to be answered .

I managed to prebook an appointment, although it isn’t for a few weeks but I know I can ring on the day if I need to bring it forward. The receptionist was very helpful, they always are.

There was nothing you could have done better on this appointment.

On the day appointments difficult to get as phone waiting times very long. Econsult works well for non urgent appointments.
