Called up at gone 2pm thinking it would be easier to get through but was 11th in the queue and had to hold on for over half an hour before getting through. When I did get through the receptionist was very helpful though.

Nurse was extremely helpful with my situation.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I was given an appointment. I felt listened to and was very reassured, given time to explain how I was feeling . My symptoms. As I've been quite worried and concerned. A plan was put in place. Medication changed. Sample to be done. Start new medication. If no improvement, to contact Doctor for an appointment , potentially a scan if needed . Just like to thank everyone , who are working so hard under such , difficult circumstances, of staff shortages, with a government that is doing nothing to improve the NHS .

I often make a routine appointment in the surgery. You need patience when requesting an appointment on the day by telephone, but will get one even if it's a telephone call.

Phones always busy so walk round to the surgery. My appointment was not urgent so waited a couple of weeks but that didn’t matter.

I know there is a shortage of GPs but if I needed one urgently how long would I have to wait?

I have never experienced such amazing service from any GP surgery. AMG truly make you feel valued as a patient.
