No complaints at all : didn’t actually see a receptionist but they are always very friendly. Only one thing : the computer check in didn’t record I had arrived: but no big deal.

The service I received was incredibly poor. My postnatal check and my son’s check with the GP were done 4 weeks late. Also my son’s 8 week vaccinations were not done until he was 10 weeks old despite me keep ringing and chasing for the appointments to be booked weeks prior to when they should have been done. This means my son’s next 2 lots of vaccinations are now also going to be done 2 weeks late. When we eventually had our appointment, we were called in 50 minutes late which is really poor when sat waiting with a very young baby! Absolutely unacceptable.

Appointments need to be booked in the time frames they are supposed to be. Also not having to sit in the waiting room for such a long time to be seen.
