If distance boundaries were not an issue this would not be a surgery I would choose! Crappy reception staff!

Suggested improvements
Instead of gossiping reception staff, have two on the desk, when there are four or more people in a queue. If reception alleges they have made an appointment - follow it through and make sure the text messaging service is working. The queuing system on the phones is still annoying - revise this, please!
