A long time waiting to speak to receptionist..28th in queue, despite ringing at 8.30 precisely. No doctors appointments left, so I saw the nurse. She was very helpful and professional. The receptionist who I spoke to regarding a travel claim was quite abrupt and seemed to contradict what the nurse had told me.
