I got the appointment very quickly but had to wait for over two hours before I spoke to anyone. There was only 30 in the queue so I could not understand why it took so long. In the appointment the lady I saw was very understanding and sorted out my cough.

You need quicker response on the phone...I have never had it that bad before.
