Long wait to get through to anyone and then a long wait for the actual appointment

Suggested improvements
Rather than total involvement with my care, I would say over involvement with me have to drive the stem and doctors Phlebotomist did not know what blood test I needed and I helped her track it down: it was called up on my hospital discharge letter which was highlighted by hand before it was scanned onto the system. So someone recogniser the need for action but did nothing about it !
