The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I was given an appointment. I felt listened to and was very reassured, given time to explain how I was feeling . My symptoms. As I've been quite worried and concerned. A plan was put in place. Medication changed. Sample to be done. Start new medication. If no improvement, to contact Doctor for an appointment , potentially a scan if needed . Just like to thank everyone , who are working so hard under such , difficult circumstances, of staff shortages, with a government that is doing nothing to improve the NHS .
