i couldn’t make my appointment due to being unwell but i also couldn’t get through to cancel it either the phone lines are always blocked . i joined this surgery back in nov and hsvent had a new patient health check yet and had my prescription messed up three times now leaving me without blood thinners for a week and blood pressure meds for two day .
