The doctor was very attentive and listened to me. I felt like I was really heard and happy with the outcome and ongoing care plan and support. The receptionist was so kind and caring, the doctor was running late and although I didn’t mind as I appreciate this can happen, the receptionist still came out and spoke to people and kept them up to date. A smile and kind words to a long way.

Suggested improvements
I think some more assistance for some of the less technical patients who struggled with the booking in system. The receptionist helped all of the people who needed it but this must put more pressure on her workload being away from her desk. Perhaps an indication of any late running surgeries too when you book in so you can be prepared.
