I chose for ring back as many in telephone queue although a few hours wait I was called back and answered questions by a very friendly courteous receptionist so then asked a member of staff and I then had a call back from a member of a team and I had an appointment to to see a medical professional that afternoon. Had thorough examination and lots of question. I then had an appointment for a blood test and then follow up appointment a few days after to see a GP.

Suggested improvements
Although telephone ring back was about 3 hours the receptionists do their best and on this occasion I was looked after so cannot state anything more that could have been done better
