Phoned for an appointment for my Flu Jab.
Got cut off first time after 15 minute wait!
Tried again and waited 20 minutes on my phone, got through and got my appointment!
The Flu Jab was quick and easy, in and out in 5 minutes! Great Service!
Suggested improvements
The telephone answering machine cuts you off sometimes and doesn’t give a realistic waiting time!
