Very difficult to get an appointment. I was offered a telephone appointment as no face to face appointments were available. When the GP phoned me I was told that I had wasted an appointment as I should have had a surgery appointment. This was not my fault but the fault of the surgery. In fact it is the GP's that are waisting appointments by not seeing ALL patients face to face.

Suggested improvements
The appointment system opens at 8.30 so pretty much impossible for patients who are travelling to work etc. There should be 2 appointments windows open per day say 8.30 and 11.00.
