36th in telephone queue first time I called so asked for a call back which I didn’t get. Got a callback on the second attempt but I now have to wait for over a month to speak to the clinical pharmacist over the telephone. Before using the telephone I tried the e- booking service but that is completely useless and not at all user- friendly.

Not much without getting more staff.
