I waited 90 mins on the phone initially, spoke to reception who sent me a link, phoned again after 3 days as I had not had a reply, told they had no record of my conversation. Eventually got an appointment, excellent service from the doctor. I despair at the situation at present and I am very worried about the future of the NHS. I have spent many many years paying for my self service and mo find as I am older and starting to need help that it is not there.

Suggested improvements
I no you are trying very hard to sort your phone and appointment system out but at the moment it is an absolute shambolic system. Very scary for your patients.
