Although I was 32 in queue I was not kept waiting too long for a connection to a receptionist approx 10 mins. The receptionist was extremely helpful once I told of the problem and got an appointment that morning with a paramedic. All dealt with courteously and efficiently.

Suggested improvements
Telephone system still an issue of delaying time especially if the caller unable to wait due to incapabilities
