I was the first caller of the day and there were no appointments at either Middleton or yapton. I stressed that I was coming back from London and the latest appointment available was for 10:30, which I took. I had said how it was going to be tight for timing I tried to call back at 9 as I got heavily stuck in traffic, I waited in the “telephone” waitlist for 45 mins to then cut off beacuse of Service. By the time I got through on the phone it was too late and I wasn’t even able to give someone else my appointment. The lady on the phone also asked “do you or don’t you have a chest infection” which I found offensive. Also to say “not much I can do about that” which is correct but please be kinder to people who are being kind to you.

Suggested improvements
Have two different call lines one to change an existing appointment and one for booking one. I feel like it would run faster
