Once a had an appointment it was very straightforward and easy. The medical professional I saw was great and helpful! I called at 8:30 on the second and I was 58th in the queue, which I know is not uncommon but still frustrating. Maybe there is a better way to be seen/spoken to maybe? Once I did get through the person on the phone told me that there were no appointments left but she will put me on the list for a call from someone but said that if I was at work then it’s not an emergency and they probably won’t want to see me which I found really frustrating because she did not know what was the matter or my working situation. Other than that, I am very happy at the care I received on the day.
