The surgery is excellent. Staff, Doctors, nurses etc. It has become noticeably harder to get through on telephone, or get an appointment face to face and I do not appreciate explaining personal details about health condition with the receptionist. I understand they are trying to direct to correct person however the questions should be e.g: Is it something a nurse practitioner or paramedic could help you with. Not delving into private health information. They are very helpful but feels uncomfortable revealing to the receptionists.
