The receptionist was great he was polite and friendly. My telephone appointment was with the clinical pharmacist. The appointment was for 09.40 hours but I did not get a call till 09.55. Again there was no apology for the late call until I said the time of my appointment. The pharmacist was thorough, polite and easy to talk to and did not rush me and gave me time to ask questions.
