When I tried to get an appointment over the phone I was number 20 in the queue after over half hour I was number 5 and then got cut off, I redialed immediately and was number 18. I rang at different times after 11am as requested, it's not easy for me to just pop into the surgery

Suggested improvements
Maybe have a better way for patients using the telephone, it does get expensive when you have to keep ringing in and hanging on
